Camp Featuring
Mike Milkovich former Maple Heights State Champion and Assistant to his father, Mike Milkovich Sr. Mike was a state champ, MAC champ and an All American at Kent State.
Frank Romano, former 2x state champ from Maple Heights, Ohio State Captain, former coach at Kent State University and currently head coach at Notre Dame College.
Special Appearance by Greg Elinsky Penn States First Four Time All American, US Olympic Alternate, National Freestyle Champion, Pan American Champion, Midlands Champion 2X Ohio State Champion, Member of the St. Edward High School Hall of Fame
Camp will focus on the following:
Take Downs: Doubles, Singles, High Crotch, Arm Drags and Defense to the legs attacks
Top Position: Half Nelson. Bars, Legs, Cradles and Tilts
Bottom Position: We're going to teach you how to escape.
Mike and his assistants will also cover: Match Strategies, Conditioning for Wrestling, Lifting for Wrestling, Mental Preparation and Preparing for College
Cost: Early registration $70 for first child and $35 for any siblings and $80 registering in person
