Need help on how to get a kid academic all-ohio

  Never done this before and need help on what i need to do. I know i turn paper in thursday at packet pick up at the state but where do i get the info to fill out

  Big piece is to make sure you get the school counselor to sign off of on the GPA verification before you take the form in.
