This has been a very successful program for excellent athletes to compete and train together throughout the season.
We have 4 Small Group Training groups this season:
Youth (grades 2-6)
Junior High (7th-8th graders)
High School Lightweights (106-126 lbers)
High School Upper-Middleweights.
Lightweights and Junior High start on Sunday (Dec 2), the Youth and Upper Weights start on Monday (Dec 3).
We only take between 10-15 athletes per group. Athletes are expected to attend every session, and be prepared to work hard. We are still accepting dedicated, mature, hard-working athletes for our groups.
