When does tOSU win the NCAA title?

Love the young tOSU team plus all the blue chippers who will be joining them soon.

How many years until the Bucks win the national title?

Now that Tomasello has verballed their lower weights are just ridiculous. Getting the upper weights to have that much talent may create the best line-up in the history of the NCAA tournament.

Before I opened the thread, I thought "within 5 years" had better be a choice! But it wasn't.

The problem is that MINN, PSU, and toOSU are just as young, just as talented, and have just as good coaching. Add in to that Cornell, and you have a 5-way race for the next 4 to 7 years!!!

And I can't wait to watch it unfold! (Not counting a Mayan calendar meltdown.)

Have not searched yet but I'll guess Iowa during the Dan Gable years.

Most individual weight titles for the team champs? Like four or five? Late 90's Iowa?

Minnesota had 10 AA's (with no champ) in ... eek ... 2002?????? Pretty sure they won the title that year.

    Why wasn't "never" an option?

I was just kidding. Honestly, I chose three years in the poll. When this young team's starts are seniors and Jordan and Tomesello have a couple years under their belts as well as a junior Mark Martin and Kenny Courts, they'll be quite a squad. The issue for the Buckeyes is that with parody in the NCAA there are a couple of teams that are right with them being young and incredibly talented. Minnesota is just as young and perhaps a hair better. Penn State continues in stockpile PA talent. And Michigan has put together a couple of great classes now. Add in Iowa being Iowa and tOSU looks to be in dogfights for years to come.

Cruiser...I won't be able to come to open mats this week. The wife just informed me that she has a conference Tuesday evening and I'm parenting for the night.

It'll take getting some guys like Tessari, Hunter, and Bo Jordan in the finals, Heflin needs to be top 3. Then either Dijullius or Tomasselo a mid-high AA. Logan needs to be picking up bonus at least to the semis. I have faith, they'll bring one home!
