  The Ohio Capitals WC thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The Capitals went 4-1 and plenty of wrestlers got mat time. Do not quote me but I believe that the individual results went somewhat like this:

  We had kids get extra matches with other teams and other kids come get some mat time before prom. It was a good experience for a good group of kids. Plus, everyone came out of it with no injuries, which is always a plus.
  
  The competition level was great. We had some of our young guys with limited varsity experience get quality matches and our “State Level” guys get pushed… I would recommend this for anyone that has goals of being a successful HS wrestler. I also saw some nice up and coming 8[SUP]th[/SUP] graders mixing it up with the older gents. Good stuff!

  About the same depending on days.
  Off season chow $ going up for sure but the youngen was trying hard to keep his weight UP last yr.
  Life wasnt fair to the older one cutting for sure.
