Yo VIP... Let's kick it! -
RussiantieWe go to Edinboro every year for their coaches clinic. We love Coach Fylnn and the campus. He will do well there. Congrats!

Old 118 lbrCongratulations to a great wrestler and fantastic young man. He is a pleasure to watch. Best of luck in winning your State Championship.

Bitterrunner-upThat's a nice fit. Edinboro has shown they can develop talent while being out of one of the big conferences. They have an Ohio flavor with Chris Honeycutt, Dave Habat, Kory Mines, Kyle Ryan and Anthony Michael. They've also had past success with Ohio wrestlers like Deonte Penn, Kevin Welsh and the great Dan Willaman. It also happens to be a very nice school with a great campus. I wish Vince the best. He's a tremendous talent and can achieve great things both this year and beyond.

Ozzie8383Dang it! I was hoping for KENT! Shucks; congrats though Vince... Very well deserved.
-
iGranbyLook at how theyve molded Habat, ranked 5th most recently I believe? The sky is the limit for Vince, Congrats.
-
Ozzie8383Molded Habat? I am sure that they have trained him properly but Habat was a big time recruit. He was a big time recruit as a Freshman when he stomped Jameson (who was a Junior at the time) at districts. Jameson obviously reversed that decision the next week at State. Either way; I do love the Edinboro wrestling tradition, I think it is very special... I just like our boys staying on our side of the border. Once again, very nice job Vince; it has been a pleasure for us CO wrestling groupies to watch you make a great name for yourself.

SidCongrats Mr. Pickett! Full ride scholarship?
-
Dirtyscramblei know i saw him at the bishop ready Holiday, didnt look as good as that young west coach though
-
DirtyscrambleSid he went on a visit and he got home and was verballed, so im assuming they offerd him a really pretty penny, but i cant comfirm that.

Sid
That doesnt mean anything. You can verbal and get nothing. I was just curious full or what percentage he received. Central Ohio kids struggle to get good deals for wrestling. Would love to hear a good story for a C-Bus kid.Dirtyscramble;1088714 wrote:Sid he went on a visit and he got home and was verballed, so im assuming they offerd him a really pretty penny, but i cant comfirm that.
