Mine has been sent.
I plan to find more articles about local schools and thank them for their time and space as well. -

A few local reporters also update Twitter feeds during the duals, or just after. e.g.: https://twitter.com/#!/Vince_EGSportscruiser_96;1082031 wrote:The author has an email address at the bottom...

It was funny that the pop up ad that came up with the picture of Strope twisting the Yarger's legs said "Easy trick to relieve your joints." -
cruiser_96Mr. Holter... Excellent to know!

If they didn't already know, the fall of DeSales coupled with the rise of Liberty should clue everyone in on how good a coach Marinelli is.pinem07;1082072 wrote:Marinelli left. -
cruiser_96You mean Zucker, right? Everyone knows Marinelli's just a figure head. Duh...

pantherdad2312That would have been a great match to watch funkem123. I gotta believe both make it out of Darby but would look for King/Stinemetz final. Stinemetz has 3 wins over King but all good matches with two by a single point. The odds are against beating a high quality kid four times are not great. King has been on a roll and has motivation. District Champ @ 220?

District champ at 220 is too hard to call. There are quite a few good quality wrestlers at that weight; Rine, Stinemetz, Mower, King, Marshall. King losing to Stinemetz 3 times this year is rather interesting. I think those two have duked it out quite a few times over the past four seasons with Stinemetz leading the series by a healthy margin. It might be psychological thing for King at this point. However, King has wins over Rine and Mowery, both of whom have victories over Stinemetz within the past couple of weeks. The district may come down to how the bracket is laid out, and whether or not the big dogs face each other early the tournament. It looks like Mowery and Rine will square off at the sectional, and should be on opposite sides of the district bracket. King and Marshall will face each other at their sectional. Stinemetz has the easier road to the district and should get one of the #1 seeds in the district bracket. This weight class is going to be interesting.pantherdad2312;1082540 wrote:That would have been a great match to watch funkem123. pantherdad2312Does anyone know which two sectional #1's are on the same side of bracket and would meet in semi's should they get that far?

cruiser_96
I do not think they select that until Saturday night or Sunday afternoon. And even then, it is random.pantherdad2312;1082786 wrote:Does anyone know which two sectional #1's are on the same side of bracket and would meet in semi's should they get that far? -

This info is dated....still has the old weight classes. However, the formula remains the same. The 4 sectionals will be randomly assigned to A, B, C, D. Plug in the sectionals results.....presto, instant district brackets! -

I dont think any doubts the greatness of MM, but thats just a big drop! Cliff hanger drop.Bitterrunner-up;1082301 wrote:If they didn't already know, the fall of DeSales coupled with the rise of Liberty should clue everyone in on how good a coach Marinelli is. -
pantherdad2312Thanks Dad4. I am assuming A)Marysville,B)Pick Central,C)Watkins,D)Westland ?

Why would you assume the order if they are randomly selected? I don't think we have any idea which sectional is going to be which letter until the brackets come out for districts.Dad4Sports;1082864 wrote:Go here... pantherdad2312Thanks for straightening me out Zambrown. Cruiser tried but now I understand. That Alphabetical thing was just too easy

No doubt.....district brackets are supposed to be COMPLETELY random. Can you imagine the shenanigans that we would see if these were pre-determined?zambrown;1083182 wrote:Why would you assume the order if they are randomly selected?
