D1 Westland Sectional
-
cruiser_96Good call, D4S. Always looking out for the kids. I'd assume they rented out the back half of MPhillips' house. Just a thought.
-
Dad4SportsIf they've missed practice time, does that open a whole can of worms....re: weight allowances? Would the current situation be any different than if they had snow days? I'll have to dig out that rule and try to see what's up.....
-
Dad4SportsChannel 4 is reporting that Westland HS will be closed until next Tuesday.....looks like this sectional site will have to be moved?
-
boobooFrom what I've heard, the air handlers for the gym are separate from the rest of the building. The smell, as of Tuesday, had not reached the gym since the problem seems to be within the school proper, not they gymnasium area. That's why the kids were put into the gym on Monday and Tuesday when the odors first happened.
Has anyone with clout tried to contact the manager for the westland sectional? [FONT="]I have nothing to base my inquiry on other than curiosity.

cruiser_96When I return from watching my kid in a school assembly - and they aren't up yet, I'll get them typed.

cruiser_96Whew!
Alright. Here we go...
CTL: I'm getting old. When I got home, I found my son, heavy-eyed, laying on the couch. I asked what he was doing. And in the sweetest and tired little voice, he said, "Waiting on you so we could go to bed!" Man that boy is cute. By the time we laid down, his heavy eyes were contracted by me. I was OUT!!!!!!!!
Today's "Wax" museum was AWESOME!!!!!!! I'm a fan of the teachers my son has had. Very creative in their teaching styles. Great stuff.
If anyone else would like the brackets, feel free to email me... aka.cruiser.1@gmail
I did not inlude the dot com as a way to prevent spam. ps: I do not need any help in the one area, and am not wealthy enough (and perhaps vain enough) for the other stuff.
Be sure to put Westland Bracket in the subject line and in the body, let me know who you will be cheering for this weekend! -
cruiser_96POINT OF NOTE!!!!!!!!!!!
The last tab dubbed "Sectional Draws" is NOT accurate for this year. It is 100% accurate for last year, but not this year. I plan to use that for the district brackets and didn't want to take the time to type it on Saturday night (or Sunday morning).
It's all about efficiency, men. -

Oh how I remember and miss those days! -
cruiser_96They are the good days. And they are days I will never get back.
I hope, as my son gets older, telling him I love I'm and sharing a hug doesn't grow awkward. It probably will for him somewhere around 13 or 14, but I'll fight like heck to keep giving them.
Sid: I just caught that Bon Jovi reference... Hearts! -
