passwordIs there any sites that give live updates for the tournament, such as standings, brackets and team results?
-
cruiser_96Not that I know of.

The2cKDudeWas there all day, but left before team scores were announced.
Looked like stuebenville won, followed by marysville, although that could have been flipped.
As stated before, 152 was loaded, even with Gase scratching. Every kid had at least on loss. Very closely contested...
Final standings (top five) were: 1. Mays Stueb 4-1 2. Hauber CC 4-1 3. Johnson? Rey 4-1 4. Farrell TV 3-2 5. Cameron WM 4-1
In right side of the pool 2 seed Cameron lost 1st round 14-13 to Johnson. Got thrown, up 12-9 late in third.
3 seed Mays then pinned Johnson, then Cameron beat mays in a back and forth 7-5 match (OT) which for my money (but I am very biased) was the best match of the day. Followed closely by the Ramhani Wimer match up in the 106 final.
On the other side Hauber beat Ferrell 16-6, then lost to Mays 18-4 on the final, Johnson beat Ferrell 3-2 for 3rd, Cameron got a quick pin for 5th.
Very proud of Joey forhow he handled the early upset loss to Johnson. Can't wait for round 2 at sectional next week! It was a great match. -

The2cKDudeWas bummed out to see Vince Pickett not in the tournament, taking a weekend to rest?

Mutt cutsFinal standings (sorry don't remember the scores)
1. Stubenville
2. Marysville
3. Teays Valley
4. Reynoldsburg
5. Watkins
6. Licking Valley
7. Canal Winchester
8. Central Crossing
9. Highland
10. Big Walnut
I'll try to remember as best I can
106
1. Rahmini
2. Wimer
3. Stubenville kid
4. Nace
5. Highland kid
6. Canal kid
Rahmini decked Nace in the semis, and fell behind early to Wimer, but battled back. Personally, without the big 5 pointer I'm not sure how close the match would have been. I think Rahmini has seperated himself (at least for this weekend) from Wimer and Nace. Its going to be interesting to see how Rahmini matches up with the Mt. Vernon kid. The CD is going to be very competitive at the state tourney!!!
113
1. Sparks
2. Stubenville kid
3. Chang
4. Teays kid
5. Watkins kid
6. Canal kid
Marysville boy wrestled very controled and solid throughout the day. Both Sparks and Chang struggled a little with the strong and lengthy Canal kid, but won never the less. Sparks majored Chang in the semis, and then dominated the final against Craig from Stubenville who I believe was a state placer last year. Very solid tourney for Sparks.
120
1. Pavada (sp?) Stubenville
2. Licking Valley kid
3. Straughter-RB
4. Lieb-WM
Nothing real exciting here, although I was impressed with the freshman Lieb from Watkins. Straughter looked sluggish in his semis match against the Stubenville kid in a pretty boring match. In the finals STB won by injury default over LV whom had been injured in the semis apparently. Straughter pinned Lieb for 3rd.
126
1. Hammond (CW)
2. Watkins kid
3. Highland kid
4. Boykin-RB
Pretty weak weight, although the freshman Hammond impressed. Pretty solid in all phases of wrestling he really wasn't contested throughout the course of the tourney. -
Mutt cuts132
1. Boswell
2. Nace
can't remember the rest. Finals match was fun to watch though. Interesting to see how this weight will unfold at the district with some very solid competitors around.
138
1. Forrider dominated the entire tournament. Won by major in the finals
2. Watkins kid
3. Teays Valley kid
4. Stubenville kid
Pretty athletic group overall. Great overtime match in the semis between Watkins and Stubenville (what a horrible call by the ref!!) Let the kids decide the match.
145
1. Stubenville kid
2. Brown-MV?
3. Luft
4. Big Walnut?
Shocker of the day..Brown beats Luft 9-2 in the semis. Never really even close. Where does Andrews get all of these kids??? Even more shocking was what an incredible athlete the kid in the finals was. He man handled Brown and won by major I believe. Great weight. -
Mutt cuts152
Previously analyzed in another post.
160
1. Miller?
I can't remember this weight at all
170
1. Stubenville
2. ???
3. Reynoldsburg kid
4. Big Walnut
Didn't see much of this weight, although I did catch the 3rd place match where State Alternate from BW was winning 2-0 and got decked in a cradle. He was less then happy.
NOT REAL sure about the rest of the weights
Liedecker won 182
Marysville kid won 195, semis matchup with RB was closer than expected.
220?
Heavy, Thirkfield waltzed through the weight. He defeated TV in the finals
