  I read in the paper that Newark has been hurting- they lost one of their best kids to disciplinary reasons and another to injury. That's a tough break - I like what Coach Martinez has been doing with that program. Best of luck to them and their mostly young team. As his youger kids gain experience, they will be a force to be reckoned with in the next year or two.

  Tipton ,Shannon, Horn, Chenetski, Dilley, and Genders from Amanda Cleacreek are all very tough. Amanda is pretty solid through their whole line up.

  Thanks Aces5! I believe I saw Armentrout somewhere in the D3 rankings as well - is he at 160 still?

  Forgot about Armentrout. very tough kid, and yes he is third in the central district. He is going to be a sleeper i think at 160 this year.

  Not a sleeper if he's ranked. LOL
  Amanda has a great lineup. You named 7 guy's. They will have more than 7 place in the top 4.
  
  Licking Valley won it last year over 2nd place Amanda and has a lot of tough upper weights, but so does Amanda. It will be interesting.

  Are the results from last weekends tourney posted anywhere? I checked the Sheridan Website but they just have the results from 2011 and before.

  [LEFT]The Sheridan Wrestling Team won the 2012 Larry Remmert Wrestling Invitational regaining its crown from two years ago over two talented Amanda Cleercreek and Licking Valley squads. Amanda is ranked first in the Central District for Div. III schools and Licking Valley were the defending Champions. Sheridan had seven wrestlers in the finals with three Champions; Chris Conley (132), Drew Stebelton (138) and RJ Waugh (220). Two Sheridan wrestlers were fourth and three were fifth to round out the scoring. Chris Conley (132) became the third ever 4X Tournament Champion with his victory over State Alternate Jared Dilley of Amanda.
