Where can I get large dual meet scoresheets?

  The dual meet scoresheets in the "official scorebook" sold by the NFHS are too small (approx. 8.5 X 11 in., with the scoring area only about 6 X 10), and they don't copy well. Where can I get larger ones to use for our dual tournament?
