lowsingle174What was the score of the higgins luft match? I bet it was a barn-burner!
-
GoldenBear
pyromaniac...why do you always want to burn down barns? this can be a seious problem in some counties.lowsingle174 wrote: What was the score of the higgins luft match? I bet it was a barn-burner!
Glad to see Higgins land on his feet, Tyler is a tough kid. Bradley won't take long to continue the Hilliard tradition of wrestling excellence. -
lowsingle174I knew it was coming! The sarcasm hasn't realized its full potential over here at freehuddle.com
How's the squad coming along GOlden Bear? -
6 minutesI believe it was 10-4.....someone correct me if I'm wrong!
-
alaahGood win Andrew...... Good luck.......
-
oldtimer1979Didn't the younger Luft boy , Travis, beat Higgins earlier in the season ?
-
Hangem08He beat him during the summer. It was a very close match if i remember correctly.
-
hizzmutherTravis beat Andrew at an off season tournament but if i remember correctly Andrew was at 140 and Travis was at 152.... The score To the Higgins- Tyler Luft Match was 10-5 actually because there was an illegal move at the beginning never put on the score board
-
6 minuteshizzmuther.....very good win!! Your Bud from C.C.H.S.......Guess who?
-
hizzmutherHe already narrowed it down to a couple of people and explained it to me. Thanks for remembering the score because I sure couldn't. Had to go back and look at the tape. He's doing well, but I'm still finding new and surprising ways to miss the old program.

112in84Is the first year that Olentangy has been div II ? and what are the numbers like at the new Hilliard school, do they have a freshman team ?
-

Numbers are pretty good for Bradley not having any seniors(I don't have a #) and I'm pretty sure they are having a freshman team.112in84 wrote: Is the first year that Olentangy has been div II ? and what are the numbers like at the new Hilliard school, do they have a freshman team ?
Hizzmother may be able to give a more accurate figure. -
hizzmutherThere is no freshman team at Bradley, but there are enough JV wrestlers to run an almost complete JV squad. Numbers aren't bad, but all the guys are the same size. We are lacking a 103 and a heavy and are wrestling a couple of guys who would have benefitted from a year of JV. We did not do well last weekend at Medina Duals, placing 7th out of 8, but had several varsity guys (Wohrle, Scipio, Reep) sitting out for skin or illness and some guys still dropping to lower weights. It will get better from here.

Thanks hizz. I know Riggs was hoping to have a frosh team. Darby's kind of the same way. Didn't go to the frosh tourney last week and loaded up the jv team with frosh only to have Mt Gilead cancel after the trip was made. Will probably pick their spots at different tourneys for frosh as there are only about 8 with 3 on the varsity. We're without a hvy also. Too bad on the 103 as Darby has 2 good freshmen but only one spot.hizzmuther wrote: There is no freshman team at Bradley, but there are enough JV wrestlers to run an almost complete JV squad. Good luck to Bradley!
