Eastern Ohio Wrestling League Tournament.

I Wear PantsI figured we could use a thread to discuss it.
I'll try to scan my bracket sheets for those that are interested in a bit. (They have maybe one match filled out at every weight class and they're the West Branch ones I'll try to remember to follow along better tomorrow if I can make it after work. -
1prouddadAs an alum and former wrestler, how has Howland been doing? I live in cental Ohio so I get little to no news on them. How are they doing team-wise? Can someone give me some names and weights of the ones to keep an eye on as they go into sectionals, divisionals and the BIG SHOW?
-
I Wear PantsHowland did pretty well. Actually, I believe they got first with either Canfield or West Branch taking second (the other getting 3rd). I know Perry from Howland got a good win for first over Graham from West Branch. Howland's 285 got 2nd to West Branch's Sharp. Other than that I can't think of where the individual kids for Howland went but I should be able to get back to you with the results in a day or two.

Tournament MVW was Reed (Canfield) who moved up to 130 and beat returning D3 State Champ Matacic (Jackson Milton) 13-8. -
I Wear PantsThat was an excellent match on Reed's part.

Gardens35Yea, a real "work". I posted on the other site that I thought the two best Finals bouts were McComas over Wiseman at 125, and Sharp over Reeseman at 285.
-
I Wear PantsI loved Sharp's match. Especially as a West Branch alum.
