CLEAR FORK WRESTLING 2010/2011

  • GUNNER 14
How is the team doing so far this year?and who is wrestling in what weight class?
  • matdad
The team took 2nd at the Coke (missing one starter) and 9th out of 39 teams at North Canton Hoover. We wrestled two state ranked teams and lost but beat both head-to-head.

We have a couple of kids out of the line-up right now due to injury and do not have a 103.

Come out and see for yourself December 28th when we wrestle Norwayne and Western Reserve.

It's always a fun meet vs. Northmor. I went to see our kids, Heminger and Cummins, but also enjoyed the home crowd and excellent coaching. It was nice to see all the teams on the mat and no one sitting out a round. Nice job everyone.

I was at the meet last night and clear fork looked pretty good.nice job colts and keep up the good work and looks like could they are on the right track.

A couple of surprises last night. Some kids look very strong and a couple are in a bit of a "funk." It's a long season and with the coaching staff in place, I'm sure everyone will peak at the right time.

    Good night of wrestling overall.

    Clear Fork 48
    Western Reserve 15

    Clear Fork 54
    Norwayne 25

Match of the night goes to Reno Bucci (140) who knocked off a very tough Tim Grys 2-1.

i talked to the deal boys dad at the meet and he said that kevin was going to wrestle 160 by the end of the year.is that just a dad wanting this to happen or is he really going to 160?

Well I hope you know their dad is the "Real Deal". I'm just joking, Dave's a great guy.

Talking to the "Real Deal" before the wrestling season I didn't think he wanted him to go to 160.

Personally I think Dave is dreamy.
