Clinic outline: This will be the best clinic you have ever been to for the price, guaranteed, not even close! These sessions will teach ideas about the sport and promote self betterment, not just show moves! Progressive attacking! First session runs from 9-11:30, lunch (included in cost) is from 11:30-12:00, and there will be two sessions with one 15 min break between noon - 4:00p.m.!
Cost: $30 per wrestler
Mat Shark Wrestling Club, how it began... In 2004, Coach Traxler found a need for quality wrestling to be offered in the off-season. As a result, four one day intensive technique clinics were scheduled featuring the experts in differing areas of wrestling! The idea was to pick apart and combine outstanding technique to make a system that was second to none! Since then, the system has been broadened and improved repeatedly! We train by the statement, "If you are not willing to continually adapt and improvise, you will learn a painful lesson from someone who is." This past Mat Shark W.C. season, MSWC competed against the best teams from California, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, and of course Ohio, winning the Midwest Grand Challenge at Michigan State University, the Shark Bait Duals at Tiffin University, and the High School Division at the Folkstyle Dual Nationals to name a few! We train several times weekly and Mat Sharks had outstanding results at this years' regular-season state tournament, producing 53 qualifiers, and 37 placers including 6/8th, 2/7th, 4 /6th, 7/5th, 3/4th, 12/3rd, 2 runner-ups, and 1 State Champion!

In appreciation of my participation in the Mat Shark W.C. Intensive Technique Clinic at Westerville Central H.S. on 10/31/10 from 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m., I accept all liability and swear to not hold anyone accountable for anything unfortunate that may happen as a result of my participation in this event. I understand that wrestling is a contact sport in which injuries occasionally occur and that, as with any activity, other misfortunes are always a possibility.

Send completed and signed form with payment to: Robert Fresch, Westerville Central High School, 7118 Mt. Royal Ave., Westerville, Ohio 43082 Pre-Registration must be postmarked no later than October 22 to insure timely receipt. After October 25, bring form and payment to the clinic.
In addition, Coach Traxler is bringing his Mat Sharks Fight Gear and it will be available for sale during the clinic. This includes $2 bumper stickers up to $50 singlets, all of which will be sold at his cost on clinic day. This gear is sweet, so plan to bring some extra money and take advantage of the great prices available.
