This workout is our “Total Request Live” session. For the entire practice, I will take requests and will teach technique in the areas that athletes have questions about. Ask me anything! We’ll cover it.
For this session only, we are dropping the cost for non-members to only $10.
Please be sure to attend this very special Last Club Simpson-Logan Elm session! Remember, we start at 6:30 pm and finish at around 8 pm. If you are attending for the first time, be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
