  Thank you to the record number who applied for the 2010 OAC Wrestling Scholarships. More than $10,000 was given out to 13 young student athletes. These young men are pursuing an education after High School.

  I noticed it last year too and I didn't say anything....
  
  It might be a coincidence, but does anyone else find it strange that a lot of these seem to go to kids who graduate from schools that host big OAC events? There are a lot of schools in Ohio that offer wrestling as a sport, there are not a lot of schools that host JH and grade school districts though. Just seems odd. 3 out of 13 off the top of my head, about 25%, and there is more than 1 name on the list that I don't recognize.
  
  Then there are the "seeding tournaments", who knows, they may all go to OAC schools. I'm not tryin to say anything, I'm just sayin....
